
All You Can Eat BBQ Questions:

What is on the BBQ menu? Meals are served buffet style. Includes wood-grilled chicken quarters, tender BBQ pulled pork, hot dogs, mac and cheese, coleslaw, cornbread, country green beans, baked beans, corn on the cob, garden salad, watermelon, cookie, and assorted Pepsi beverages, lemonade, iced tea, and water.

Are there any vegan/meat free options? Yes. There is a veggie burger option but it must be pre-ordered before the event and will not be automatically on the buffet. You must reach out to Teresa teresab@giin.org before May 19th so that we can order one for you.

What if I have dietary or allergen restrictions? If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, you may bring in own food into the park with a soft sided 12x12x12 cooler to eat in the Pavillion.
Ticket Questions:

Who can register for the one (1) free team member ticket? People who work at Goodwill, Volunteers of America (VOA) team members who work at Goodwill, and program participants.

Who counts as immediate family/household members for the 1/2 price tickets? Anyone who you live with, family members such as parents, guardians, children, partners, and spouses.

If I purchase regular price tickets will my guests be able to get into the park early with me? Yes. Extra guests will be able to join you during the Goodwill Coast Alley hour.
Ticket and Meal Band Questions:

If I am a season ticket holder or already have tickets can I get the meal bands for free or do I have to pay for them? Unfortunately, the number of tickets and the meal bands Goodwill is covering are paired together and we are unable to break apart the pair. Meal bands can be purchased at the gate.

If I purchase extra tickets through Silverwood, will Goodwill pay for the meal? No. For any extra tickets purchased through Silverwood, you will have to purchase extra meal bands for Chuckwagon All-You-Can-Eat BBQ at the gate.

How much is the Chuckwagon All You Can Eat BBQ meal band? $18.99 for adults and $8.99 for children (Ages 3-7). The band can be purchased at the gate.

Can my family eat with me at the BBQ even if they purchase their tickets and meal bands through Silverwood? Yes.
Retail Operations Questions:

For employees who normally work the day of the scheduled event. Do I need to take a day off/vacation day/personal day to attend the event? If the event falls on a day of work, you have a couple of options:

Work you scheduled shift (if the facility is open)

Use a personal or vacation day to cover the lost shift

Work with your Facility Manager to schedule an additional shift during that payroll week

Take a day off without pay
